WHAT ARE POP-UP SHOPS?

You can purchase most Red Rocks Store products at Pop Up Shops that operate every weekend at our Arvada, Lakewood, Littleton, Park Meadows and Austin campuses before or after our weekend services. This is a great option if you want to see, feel, and look at sizing!

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are fulfilled Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. We recommend that you expect 1-2 business days for fulfillment, plus adequate time for shipping through the selected carrier. Once your order is shipped out, you will receive an email with the shipping information. If you have any questions, please contact us! 

HOW DO I RETURN ITEMS?

We cannot accept online returns in-person at any Red Rocks Church campuses or offices. You can find information on returning items here

SEEL DELIVERY GUARANTEE FAQ:

  • How do I opt for Delivery Guarantee protection?
    • You will see the option to purchase Delivery Guarantee protection during checkout. This option is added by default, so if you wish to remove it, you will need to disable the Delivery Guarantee toggle. Your protection preference during the first checkout will determine the settings for future orders:
      • If you opt in. Protection will be automatically applied to future orders.
      • If you opt out. Protection will be automatically turned off for future orders.
    • If you change your mind, you can always add or remove the protection during your checkout.
  • I changed my mind. Can I cancel my delivery guarantee?
    • You can cancel your package protection within 24 hours of placing your order. There’s a link to cancel protection at the top of the confirmation email you received from Seel.
  • What should I do if my order arrived damaged?
    • If you purchased Delivery Guarantee with your order, you can report an issue within 7 days of delivery through the Seel Resolution Center. Log in with your email and order number or coverage ID from your confirmation email.
  • What should I do if my order was stolen after delivery?
    • If you purchased Delivery Guarantee with your order, you can report an issue within 7 days of delivery through the Seel Resolution Center. Log in with your email and order number or coverage ID from your confirmation email.
  • What should I do if my order was lost during delivery?
    • If you purchased Delivery Guarantee with your order, you can report a loss 30 days after placing your order through the Seel Resolution Center. Log in with your email and order number or coverage ID from your confirmation email.
  • How long do I have to report a shipping issue?
    • If you purchased Delivery Guarantee with your order, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to report theft or damage and can report a loss for domestic orders between 30 and 60 days after placing the order.
  • When will I receive my Delivery Guarantee payout?
    • If your shipping issue has been accepted, then it will be dependent on your method of payout. 

CARRIER DELAYS:

Red Rocks Church cannot be held responsible for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address and you opted out of Seel Delivery Guarantee. If this is the case, please reach out to the carrier using the links below to further investigate what happened.

DAMAGED PRODUCT:

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your package arrives defective or damaged, please email us at store@redrockschurch.com within 72 hours and provide a picture of the damage so we can best address the problem for you. We unfortunately cannot make exceptions if you've had the item in your care for longer than 3 days.
