WHAT IS REDO "FREE RETURNS" COVERAGE?
When you opt-in for the $1.98 coverage at checkout, your return shipping label is included, allowing you to return any item(s) in your order for a store credit or an exchange for FREE.
If you decide not to buy return coverage you can still return your items, but you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.
All returns are subject to the guidelines outlined in our Return Policy below.
RETURNS:
Most items may be returned within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
We cannot accept returns with dog hair, makeup, deodorant, or other stains/odors. If received in this condition, items will be sent back at your cost. Thank you for your understanding!
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless you purchased the $1.98 Redo Free Returns Coverage. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
If you purchased your item from a RRC Campus location, to initiate return please email store@redrockschurch.com and include customer name, order number, and reason for return.
If you purchased your item from our online web store, please complete the return portal here.
We cannot accept in-person returns at any Red Rocks Church locations.
REFUNDS:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITEMS:
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are considered final sale.
